Like Iโ€™ve mentioned before, working your lats and back will help you achieve getting an hourglass shape! I usually work my biceps on back day but Iโ€™m starting to lay off working biceps just because so many back exercises work your biceps at the same time and i feel like mine are poppin just a little too much. I still do a few strictly bicep moves but not nearly as much.
