Lake Oswego, Oregon Lately I’ve been focusing on my training to be as well rounded as possible and to see what physique it creates! It’s a lot more mentally grueling than I thought it would be, but mind over matter, right? Currently, I’m cutting from 205 to 185, but in the process I’m trying to increase my strength as well, and really test whether or not you can achieve that while cutting while also staying agile for boxing. You can also swap protein dislikes in your meals - if you don’t like fish make sure you swap out for chicken or try the vegetarian version of the Challenge meal. If it’s flavour you’re after, try adding some chilli (bonus: it’s great for fat loss!), and if you’re stuck for ideas, ask a trainer, but don’t skip the protein! ▪️ MAGNESIUM 🥑🥗🍌 This is an important supplement to help your muscles recover.
